    Important Note About the JamCam

The company that makes the JamCam (KB Gear) has gone out of business.

If you have any problems with the JamCam, the best source for advice
is The Unofficial JamCam Support Site ( http://thejamcam.com/ )

Alternatively, a project which acts like a library of websites (Internet Archive - www.archive.org) took a copy of the company’s website before it disappeared.

You may find information about JamCam’s there, including the latest drivers for Windows XP. Use this link to go directly to the page.

We have learned that there may be a problem with one of the drivers on the site. If you do experience difficulties, try going to http://www.icpug.org.uk/national/features/030201fe.htm, where various solutions are described. We understand that the JamCam 3.0 cannot be used with a USB cable in Windows XP, but must be used with the serial cable provided.

    Good Luck!
