Does the CALL Centre charge fees for its services?
Service activity is limited by the amount of staff time available, but is open to anyone in Scotland concerned with communication difficulties, particularly in a learning context. For Scottish users, by and large our services are free, although there are a few special situations where charges may be made. These are outlined below.
We try to keep charges as low as possible. A certain degree of flexibility may be possible - please phone to discuss requirements.
